The existing website had 4 core issues blocking user engagement:
Due to the full site migration, the previous version of daihatsu.co.id is no longer accessible. The images below represent key pain points documented during the discovery phase.
Led end-to-end UI/UX redesign across 2 phases, from research and information architecture to hi-fidelity design. Facilitated cross-functional brainstorming with marketing, product, engineering, and brand teams.
Ran user interviews with car owners & prospective buyers, analyzed Google Analytics drop-off points, and conducted competitor benchmarking, all to ground design decisions in real behavior, not assumptions.

Phase 1: Homepage, About, Product pages (UI overhaul, no new features) Phase 2: After-sales, Services, Info pages (new features + architecture improvements)

Large-scale redesigns need strong cross-team alignment. I learned to lead brainstorms proactively, translate stakeholder needs into design decisions, and validate solutions through user research before committing to hi-fi.
